DNHN - Binh Thanh Business Association (BTBA) has successfully organised the March BTBA Coffee Talk on the topic of “Business Start-up and Management”.
Established under Decision No. 2401/QD-UBND dated 16 May 2011 of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, BTBA is a voluntary organisation of businesses in Binh Thanh District.
The Association’s objective is to facilitate networking, support and mutual assistance in production and business activities. Operating within the scope of Binh Thanh District, under the leadership of the District Party Committee and the Binh Thanh District People’s Committee, BTBA is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association.

The March Coffee Talk on the topic of “Business Start-up and Management” attracted a great deal of interest from businesses.
The speaker at the event was Mr Le Như Thach, Chairman of the Bcons Group, who shared valuable experiences in business start-up and management: “One thing that has made Bcons what it is today is that everything must be methodical and serious. Bcons has three things that cannot be violated. One is not to violate the law. Two is not to violate procedures and standards. Third, not to violate signed contracts, with customers, whatever is signed must be done, even if it kills you…”

The March BTBA Coffee Talk is a practical activity of the Binh Thanh District Business Association to support businesses, especially start-ups, in their operations. The main objective is to help businesses update their knowledge, share experiences and learn from each other, thereby enhancing their management capacity and developing effective businesses.
