DNHN - Nguyễn Thị Hà, Chairman of Vina Oils International Joint Stock Company, has officially been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Asia Business Development Research Center.
The appointment decision was made during the 2024 Asia International Economic Forum, recently held in Jakarta, Indonesia. This Forum is rotated among different countries worldwide and is organized by the Asia Business Development Research Center in cooperation with domestic and international organizations. It evaluates and selects businesses, entrepreneurs, products, and services that meet international standards. The 2024 Forum, the third edition of the program, was held in Jakarta and attracted leading companies from Asia and around the globe. It also provided a platform for businesses to exchange, promote investments, and seek new cooperation opportunities.
The new Vice Chairman of the Asia Business Development Research Center, Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Hà, also known as Hà Eva, is a businesswoman with a strategic vision for sustainable tourism development. She is currently the Chairman of Vina Oils International Joint Stock Company, which specializes in providing aromatic solutions with essential oils for hotel systems, resorts, spas, and business chains nationwide. She is also the co-founder of Eva Village Eco Village, a pioneering initiative promoting green tourism models in Đắk Nông.
With a mission to create an environmentally friendly tourism ecosystem, Mrs. Hà Eva is at the forefront of developing eco-villages that integrate various value systems such as retirement homes, healing resorts, cultural and culinary event spaces, and fruit and herbal farms in the Central Highlands.
During the appointment ceremony, Mrs. Hà Eva expressed her passion for transforming and developing the Central Highlands into a leading green tourism community in Vietnam and the Asia region. "We take pride in offering the immense benefits of essential oils, not only for odor removal and fragrance but also for health and beauty, enhancing emotional well-being," she said.
"With over 20 years in business, facing many challenges, I have always aimed to develop a sustainable business model, particularly focusing on nature. After many years of experience in the essential oil field, I have been nurturing green raw material projects in the Central Highlands to cultivate medicinal essential oils. This will supply my distribution system and be exported globally, with confidence in products Made in Vietnam. Alongside this, I have developed green tourism in the Central Highlands by founding the Eva Village Eco Village chain in Đắk Nông. This agricultural tourism model not only protects the natural ecosystem but also allows visitors to deeply connect with local culture. Tourists can pick fresh fruit at the farms, experience natural essential oil extraction on-site, and bring products home," the newly appointed Vice Chairman of the Asia Business Development Research Center shared.
Mrs. Hà Eva also revealed that the project is currently building resorts, culinary spaces, retirement homes, and clean farms in Eva Village in Đắk Nông. She is also collaborating with various individuals and businesses to expand the eco-village chain across the Central Highlands. This is part of her vision to develop Đắk Nông not only as a destination for resort tourism but also as a symbol of harmony between nature and humans.
In her new role as Vice Chairman of the Asia Business Development Research Center, Mrs. Hà Eva hopes to connect businesses both domestically and internationally to implement trade promotion programs, bringing OCOP products from Vietnam's Central Highlands to the global market.
It is known that during the Forum, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was also signed between the Asia Business Development Research Center, the Indonesian Entrepreneurs Association, and the Vietnamese Business Association in Indonesia. This agreement aims to support businesses from both Vietnam and Indonesia in seeking investment opportunities in each other's markets.
Additionally, the Forum's organizers honored 61 Vietnamese and international businesses and entrepreneurs with titles such as "Asia’s Leading Trusted Brand," "Global Excellence Brand," "Top 10 Outstanding Asian Leaders," "Outstanding Global Leaders," and over 20 products and services were recognized in the "International Quality Products – Services" category.
