DNHN - After many years of internal shareholder battles at Ocean Group (Ocean Group), IDS Equity Holdings, an investment vehicle with numerous Japanese members of the International Management Board, has won the triumph.
IDS Equity Holdings is a high-risk asset management firm that focuses on investing in undervalued firms in Vietnam. According to research, IDS Equity Holdings, a former Vietnamese firm that has been in operation since 1986, provides printing services. IDS Equity Holdings operates the Ivykids International model school system, SuperKids preschool, IvyKids, Tomoe, Fuji, Vietnamese prodigy... in the sphere of education.

Chairman and General Director Le Minh Thanh. He graduated from BYU's Marriott School of Management. Mr Thanh has 15 years of experience in governance for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and state-owned enterprises in Vietnam and the U.S. He's concluded high-value agreements for Vietnamese companies and foreign investors. He's chairman and board member of various public and private companies. He oversaw strategy and operations at these companies.
Aside from Mr Thanh, three of the five members of IDS' Board of Directors are Japanese investors.
Nobuyuki Matsukura represents Samurai Power Corporation on IDS Equity Holdings' board. He's skilled in real estate development and management, capital raising, bad debt resolution, and corporate governance in Japan, the US, the Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore, and Vietnam. He is presently CEO of many large enterprises (listed and unregistered), including Raysum Co., Ltd., a Japanese listed corporation specializing in bad debt restructuring and real estate investing. Mr Matsukura got his MBA from Columbia Business School in the US.
The second Japanese in IDS is the former Governor of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). Former CEO (External Director) since April 2012. He was a private company chairman and CEO before joining JBIC. Fuji Fire and Marine General Manager, AIG Japan Vice Chairman, Sony Corp. He joined Sumitomo Bank in 1967 and became CEO in the late 1990s. During his 13 years with Sumitomo Bank, beginning in 1985, he was Head of the Capital Markets division and Managing Director for US and European expansion. Sumitomo. He knows international finance and financial markets. He graduated from the University of Tokyo's Law Faculty in 1967 and the Institute of International Research and Training in 1971.
Mr Hirotaka Todo is the final Japanese member of IDS' Board of Directors. He's the founder and Chairman of Argo Group. In seven years, he managed to transform into Japan's leading bad debt settlement firm. Mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, debt resolution, foreign firm investment, real estate, and finance are his specialities. Before that, he focused on commercial lending and bad debt collection at Shinsei Bank for 7 years. He's involved in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring investments, and funding 30 businesses. He's run a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed company for over a decade. He studied International Economics at Yokohama National University.
