Appointment of Do Huu Huy - New Vice Chairman of the Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises

DNHN - In Decision 429/QD-TTG, the Prime Minister appointed Mr Do Huu Huy - Chief of the Office of the Party Personnel Committee, Chief of the Office of the Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises, to the position of Vice Chairman of the Committee on Management of State Capital at Enterprises.
Mr Do Huu Huy - Chief of the Office of the Party Personnel Committee, Chief of the Office of the Committee for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC), has just been appointed Vice Chairman of CMSC.
The Committee for the Management of State Capital in Businesses is a government-affiliated entity charged by the government with exercising the rights and obligations of the State owner's representative in enterprises in which the state owns 100 per cent of the charter capital. The state capital is invested in joint-stock firms and limited liability corporations with two or more members by applicable legislation.
The Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises has a Chairman and no more than 4 Vice-Chairmen. The President and Vice President shall be appointed, relieved of duty or dismissed by the Prime Minister following the current Chairman Mr Nguyen Hoang Anh and the Vice Presidents are Mr Ho Sy Hung, Nguyen Ngoc Canh and Do Huu Huy.
The Committee for the Management of State Capital in Enterprises is responsible for developing and submitting to the Government and Prime Minister an overall strategy for investment and development of enterprises under the Committee's management inbyhe Committee's economic development strategy - planning and social planning are determined by competent authorities.
Simultaneously, in carrying out the tasks and powers of businesses in which the State owns 100 per cent of the charter capital, the Committee is tasked with acting as the owner's representative in the following ways: Make additional investments in charter capital for the enterprise by the law on management and use of state capital invested in production and business at the enterprise, except for enterprises established by the Prime Minister's decision; make additional investments in charter capital for the enterprise by the law on management and use of state capital invested in production and business at the enterprise.
