AnEco: Amazon's effort to offer Made-in-Vietnam green products to the globe

Change to pioneer
An Phat Holdings is not a new face in the market. An Phat Holdings' products have created a strong foothold in the high-tech plastic industry for 20 years, from raw materials and chemicals for the plastic industry to packaging and supporting industries.
However, it is worth mentioning that An Phat Holdings altered its development and commercial direction in 2015. The "white pollution" situation at the time compelled European governments to enhance steps to prohibit single-use plastic items. The firm was often asked to generate orders for biodegradable items, first with bags and progressing to knives, forks, straws, meal wrappers, and so on.
An Phat Holdings' management doesn't just want to respond quickly to the huge market demand; they also want to do more. This is a step-by-step plan to bring the biodegradable plastic industry to Vietnam and give Vietnamese products that are good for the environment a way to reach the rest of the world. The creation of the AnEco brand is a turning point in the history of An Phat Holdings, which began its mission of sustainable development by making products that are good for the environment.

AnEco's products meet strict standards for biodegradability and are certified by many well-known organizations around the world, such as TUV Compost HOME, TUV Compost Industrial, BPI Compostable, Seedling, and... AnEco is a well-known partner of many large companies around the world. It also helps businesses in Vietnam, like Vinamilk and Pizza 4P's, become more environmentally friendly.
Made-in-Vietnam green products enter cross-border e-commerce
An Phat Holdings takes another step toward building and controlling a global brand for its products by mastering technology. An Phat Holdings has chosen cross-border e-commerce as its new strategic direction to help it reach out to more people.
At the beginning of 2021, AnEco and other good biodegradable products went on sale on Amazon's marketplace. Mr Long said, "We chose Amazon because it is a complete partner in terms of resources and a big market, which fits with AnEco's goal of sustainable development."
When AnEco tried to sell its products through Amazon's global e-commerce platform for the first time, the lack of brand recognition made it hard for them to do so. AnEco quickly caught up to market needs, though, with the help and advice of a dedicated team from Amazon Global Selling Vietnam. Through Amazon, AnEco can reach more than 300 million customers around the world and get direct, honest feedback that it can use to improve the quality of its products, strengthen its brand, and look into ways to grow the market.
In just one year of working with Amazon, An Phat Holdings has seen clear changes in how AnEco does business, which it calls "sweet fruits." Tens of thousands of people have used AnEco products up to this point. AnEco's sales on Amazon have grown a lot. Sales in the first 7 months of 2022 are 5 times higher than sales in the first year of 2021, and it is expected that by the end of 2022, sales will be 15–20 times higher than in 2021.
"The AnEco trademark was successfully registered in the US in March of 2021. Mr Nguyen Le Thang Long said, "This is a strong step forward for An Phat Holdings to develop this product line vigorously." Based on how well AnEco has done, An Phat Holdings plans to add more brands to Amazon's platform shortly.
