DNHN - On December 5, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, the "Top Employer of Choice 2024" award ceremony officially took place, honoring the companies and employers most favored by employees nationwide over the past year.

This event not only recognizes companies with well-loved employer brands but also underscores the important role companies play in building ideal working environments, attracting talent, and creating sustainable values for the community.
The non-profit survey program "Favorite Employer 2024," conducted by CareerViet with methodological support from reputable partner Amco Vietnam Market Research Company, officially launched from July 7, 2024, to October 31, 2024. This year's survey garnered strong interest from the community, with over 3.8 million engagements, 84,221 survey participants, and over 5,720 leading businesses from various fields.

CareerViet honored companies across 20 different sectors. Among large corporations, Vinpearl led the Restaurant – Hotel – Tourism sector; Hoa Sen Group led Construction – Architecture – Interior/Exterior; PNJ Group led Retail - Wholesale; Bim Group led Real Estate – Leasing; and Thành Thành Công – Biên Hòa led Agriculture – Forestry – Fisheries for two consecutive years. The 2024 survey results provided deep insights into the changes in recruitment trends and a better understanding of candidate desires. Besides important factors like salary and benefits, the survey also reflected significant shifts in expectations across generations such as Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z. While Gen X still prioritizes stability and long-term benefits, Gen Y and Gen Z focus on career development opportunities, flexible work environments, and the social values that businesses pursue. CareerViet announced and honored outstanding companies highly regarded by employees in the Top Favorite Employers 2024 list.

These companies attract not only through attractive benefits policies, diverse work environments, encouraging personal development, and fostering innovation but also with an employer brand beloved by candidates both within and outside the industry. The Recognition categories included: "Most Impressive Candidate Experience," "Most Favored Internal Employees," "Most Favored In-Industry Candidates," "Most Favored Employer by Industry," and "Top Favorite Employer of 2024." This title acknowledges the companies that focus on building a strong employer brand both internally and externally and serves as motivation to improve the quality of the working environment, bringing satisfaction and long-term engagement with employees.
The Top Employer of Choice 2024 award ceremony is not only an opportunity to recognize organizational achievements but also to honor employee contributions to the overall development of the enterprise.
