Phu Tho 455 businesses and 186 business households owe more than 555 billion VND in tax

DNHN - As of March 31, 2023, the Phu Tho Provincial Department of Taxation has published a list of 455 businesses (enterprises) and 186 business households with tax arrears that are 90 days past due. The total debt exceeds 555 billion dollars.
The company with the highest tax debt is Vuong Cuong Group Joint Stock Company, which owes more than 104,9 billion Vietnamese Dong. There are eleven businesses with tax debts of at least 5 billion VND: Lan Hue Trading and Service Co., Ltd. more than 69.9 billion VND; Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Manufacturing and Trading Joint Stock Company Phu Tho more than 45 billion dongs; Dong Lang Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Development Company Limited - TASCO more than 28.3 billion VND; Bai Bang Hotel Service Trading Joint Stock Company more than 17.3 billion dongs; Tuan Tu Phu Tho Co., Ltd more than 15.6 billion dongs; Phu Tho Environmental Medical Equipment Manufacture and Trading Joint Stock Company
In addition, there are seventeen businesses with tax debts of 2 billion VND or more: Branch of Thang Long Minerals and Metallurgy Joint Stock Company over 4.8 billion VND; Viet Tri Irrigation Construction and Services Joint Stock Company more than 3.5 billion VND; Quang Ngoc Trading and Construction Investment Co., Ltd more than 3.5 billion dong; Phu Tho Tea Joint Stock Company more than 3.4 billion VND; Nam Cuong Trading Co., Ltd more than 2.2 billion dong; Ha Thai Production Trading Co., Ltd more than 3.1 billion; Truong An Stone One Member Co., Ltd more than 3.1 billion dong; Song Bien Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company more than 2.9 billion VND; Tan Hung Construction Joint Stock Company more than 2.7 billion VND; Lien Hop Construction Company Limited more than 2.7 billion VND; Toan Nang Phu Tho One Member Company Limited more than 2.6 billion VND; Thinh Dat Phu Tho Trading Construction Co., Ltd more than 2.5 billion dong; Nui Hung Joint Stock Company more than 2.4 billion dong; Vietnam Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Joint Stock Company more than 2.4 billion VND; Ngoc Hoang Anh Co., Ltd. more than 2.3 billion dong; Thanh Binh Electric Construction Company Limited more than 2.1 billion dong; Chau Thanh ORANGE Q Co., Ltd more than 2 billion VND.
Provincial Tax Department has instructed functional departments of the Tax Department and Sub-departments of Taxation of districts, towns, cities, and regions to expeditiously remit taxes accruing from taxpayers under their supervision to the state budget. water, not to generate new debt; review and classify tax debts in full accordance with the correct procedure and manage tax debts by regulations; develop a detailed plan to collect tax debt owed by each enterprise and business household by the provisions of the Law on Tax Administration.
