Doan Bu Dang district collaborated with the Political Centre to improve the level of political theory and professional skills in Youth Union - Association work and Youth movement for the staff of the Youth Union - Association in rural areas. The district organized a five-day training session (22-26 May 2023).

The training course was conducted by lecturers from the Southern branch; TW Coach Council; Lecturers of the Political Centre are equipped with ten topics, including Marxism-Leninism, and Ho Chi Minh's thought, which is the ideological and theoretical basis of the Vietnamese revolution. Communist Party of Vietnam – The organizer, leader, and deciding factor in the Vietnamese revolution's victory; Cadres and youth union members studying and adopting Ho Chi Minh's philosophy, morality, and style; Implement resolutions of the Congress of the Union at all levels, term 2022-2027; "Building values as a role model for Vietnamese youth in the new era", Youth Law, and Vietnam Youth Development Strategy for the period 2021-2030; Organisational development of Unions and Associations, and oral communication techniques.
