DNHN - The Ministry of Information and Communications has determined that by the end of 2022, it is expected that at least 250,000 businesses will be able to access the Digital Transformation Program (SMEdx), update information and raise awareness about digital transformation for businesses.
On the afternoon of July 18, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Information and Communications (TT&TT) held a conference to review information and communication work in the first 6 months of the year and task directions for the last 6 months of 2022.
In addition to reporting activities for the first 6 months of the year, the Ministry of Information and Communications also released a plan for the second half of 2022.
Notably, the Ministry of Information and Communications has determined that by the end of 2022, it is expected that at least 250,000 businesses will be able to access the Digital Transformation Program (SMEdx), update information and raise awareness about digital transformation for businesses. At least 50,000 businesses/year can experience digital platforms for the digital transformation of businesses.

The VNPost Steering Committee completes software to update the digital address database (app, web) and trains and guides localities (community digital technology groups) to collect and update digital address data and make announcements, attach digital address plates to each household, agency or organization.
Completing the application for the formulation of the Law on Digital Technology Industry to add the Law project to the 2023 Law and Ordinance Development Program; submitting to the Prime Minister for promulgation the Strategy on development of the digital technology industry to 2025, with a vision to 2030, and organize the implementation after the Strategy is promulgated; to recognize the centralized IT zone for FPT Software Park and to expand the centralized IT zone of Da Nang Software Park; establish many new centralized IT zones (Bac Ninh and Yen Binh).
The Ministry also organizes activities to support business development in the fields of IT, electronics - telecommunications industries, focusing on developing local digital technology businesses: policy support, trade support digitizing products, information and data in enterprise databases, digital technology products Make in Vietnam; Organizing the National Forum for Digital Technology Enterprise Development in 2022 and the Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product Award in 2022.
Measure the share of Vietnamese manufacturing and increase the share of production in Vietnam by developing 5G equipment and networks; formulating and implementing a program on information technology, electronics and telecommunications products and services, and Vietnamese brand names; Developing and publishing the Vietnam ICT White Paper in 2023; Develop, publish and publish the Vietnam ICT Index Report in 2023.
