DNHN - Recently, Beewow has just signed an MOU with businesses in Ho Chi Minh City. Ms Nguyen Thi Thuy Nhi, Director of Beewow Consulting Services Co., Ltd., said that this affirms the trust of businesses in Beewow.
Ms Tran Hong Van, CEO of Red Cloud Creative Academy, shared that our business belongs to a group of small and medium-sized enterprises, so choosing a reputable, professional unit to provide accounting-personnel solutions and tax risk control is very important.
Ms Nguyen Thi Thuy Nhi, Director of Beewow Consulting Services Co., Ltd., said that with the motto “Understanding to accompany”, Beewow always puts its “heart” into doing the work, taking care of every small detail to help minimise tax risks and optimise the lowest possible costs for customers.
Beewow currently provides services such as: Full-package tax accounting; accounting book review; recruitment and training of internal accounting - personnel services. Beewow targets customers who are newly established businesses; businesses that need to review financial statements, businesses that are required by tax authorities to settle accounts but do not know where to start the records; businesses that lack accounting staff but have not yet found suitable staff with the right expertise, or businesses that already have staff but have not been trained in professional expertise that meets the job requirements of the company.
Mr Huynh Van Muoi, CEO of Nhon My Company, shared: “I believe that for a business, the 3 main goals are: Saving costs, Saving time and Minimising risks. Therefore, I am always careful when choosing a cooperating unit. With a team of many years of experience in the fields of accounting, tax, and administrative personnel, BEEWOW always ensures that it fulfils its obligations to customers most professionally and meticulously.
Mr Tran Van Thang, CEO of Bio-Hope Cordyceps Company, emphasised that it can be said that the success and sustainable development of a business, in addition to strong financial resources and sales growth rate, cannot fail to mention the importance of accounting - administrative personnel in an organisation. If the business and production departments are considered the right-hand man, then the accounting-administrative personnel department is the effective left-hand man of the business owner, especially for start-up companies, and small and medium-sized companies.
Also at the signing ceremony, Ms Nguyen Thi Thuy Nhi shared Beewow’s 9 commitments of responsibility: To fully and on schedule perform the agreed-upon work items, especially committing to not allowing late submission or delayed submission of tax reports; To be responsible for all books, financial statements, and accounting reports prepared by Beewow accountants; To explain the accounting figures that have been implemented when requested by the tax authorities; To be responsible for paying any fines due to the fault of Beewow accountants; To provide timely advice on potential risks and errors that may occur and propose solutions to overcome them; To report quarterly revenue - cost - profit to the business; To fully hand over accounting books at the end of each year; To regularly update circulars, regulations, and tax policies related to the customer’s field and industry; To keep the customer’s accounting information strictly confidential, even after the end of the accounting service provision contract.
For Beewow, the value that Beewow wants to bring to its customers is not only expertise and experience, but also peace of mind associated with the “Understanding to accompany” process in each service. Understanding here means understanding the concerns and desires of customers, understanding the activities related to the production and business process, and understanding both the business objectives and future orientations of the business. It is this understanding that has helped Beewow see and assess potential and existing risks, thereby advising and consulting on solutions for business owners to make more accurate and effective decisions. These factors are considered Beewow’s commitment to accompany throughout the formation and development process of the business.
