DNHN - Tin Thanh Group and Acuity Funding signed a capital financing agreement on September 25 with a total value of up to USD 6.4 billion.

Acuity Funding has committed approximately $1.7 billion to finance the construction of a tire manufacturing and truck service factory in South Carolina by Tin Thanh Group in the United States. The plant is anticipated to serve more than one million trucks in the United States to reduce emissions, save money, and transition to renewable energy.
Notably, South Carolina granted Tin Thanh Group land and offered investment incentives totaling more than USD 500 million.
Additionally, approximately $3.7 billion will be used to construct a green hydrogen production facility in South Carolina. According to Tin Thanh Group, the state of South Carolina has granted approval and investment incentives to this company.
