The round of 16 (1/8) and quarterfinals were thrilling and dramatic. Thanh Hoa Stone Association, Trieu Son Business Association, Viet Hung Alliance - Bao Viet - Financial Institutions, and Bim Son Business Association qualified for the semifinals as the four best teams.
Trieu Son Business Association and Bim Son Business Association defeated Viet Hung Coalition - Bao Viet - Financial Institutions and Thanh Hoa Stone Association in the semifinals to advance to the championship match. to conclude.
The decisive match between Trieu Son Business Association and Bim Son Business Association on the afternoon of October 7 was dramatic and enthralling to the very end. The two teams tied 1-1 after two official rounds, forcing a penalty shootout to determine the winner.
As a result, the Bim Son Business Association team won the first Thanh Hoa Province Business Association Football Tournament - 2023 with a score of 4-1 and became the official champion. The Business Association team Trieu Son placed second. Thanh Hoa Stone Association and Viet Hung Coalition - Bao Viet - Financial Institutions won the bronze medal for third place.
The organizing committee presented the champion, runner-up, and third-place teams with trophies, medals, and prizes. In addition, the organizers presented style awards and individual awards, such as those for the player with the most goals and the tournament's best keeper.

The success of this year's tournament will serve as the foundation for the Provincial Business Association to continue the tournament and make it an annual tradition on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13).
