DNHN - On March 9, 2022, the Provincial People's Committee issued plan No. 74/KH-UBND on the implementation of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1968/QD-TTG dated November 22, 2021, approving the Project "Promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in trade promotion activities in the period of 2021 - 2030" in Son La province from 2022 to 2025.

Developing digital platforms and applications to support data mining and market connectivity, based on the results of the Fourth Industrial Revolution; focused and focused implementation, prioritizing the immediate deployment of several maseveralive models that are appropriate for Son La province's conditions.
Therefore, promoting the use of information technology and digital transformation in trade promotion activities with the goal of ito torease efficiency of the activities of agencies responsible for state management of trade promotion, organizations responsible for trade promotion, and enterprises, cooperatives, and business households based on establishing and developing the digital trade promotion ecosystem; increasing awareness and capacity regarding the use of information technology in trade promotion activities, promoting trade development in Son La province.
By 2025, the following specific objectives will be achieved: Establishing and developing a digital trade promotion ecosystem in Son La province that is connected to and participates in the national digital trade promotion ecosystem; Developing and finalizing a digital database to support the province's trade promotion efforts, as well as establishing a functional connection to the Digital Trade Promotion Ecosystem; 100% of trade promotion groups and over 100 firms and cooperatives have been granted accounts in the Digital Trade Promotion Ecosystem, with 20% of these able to conduct transactions and share information. 10% of trade shows and exhibitions are held online; Trade promotion organizations train, guide, and support 100% of trade promotion organizations and over 500 kinds of firms, cooperatives, and business homes, as well as officials and civil employees of departments, branches, and district and city People's Committees. content on the application of information technology and digital transformation in trade promotion efforts and information security; One hundred per cent per centre promotion organizations and over 500 thousand firms, cooperatives, and business households utilize, exploit, and run shared platforms and data sharing with the Digital Trade Promotion Ecosystem; 100% of administrative procedures in the field of trade promotion are eligible for the deployment of level 3 and 4 online public services and integration with the National Public Service portal, with 90% of businesses satisfied with the solution results for administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
The Provincial People's Committee awarded the Department of Industry and Trade primary responsibility for implementing this Plan effectively, coordinating with other departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, cities, companies, and relevant agencies and units throughout the province.
The state budget will guaranteefutono fund the Plan's implementation in current budget decentralization; integrate target programs, national target programs, socioeconomic development programs, trade promotion programs, e-commerce development programs, and other relevant programs, schemes, and plans; and solicit contributions and support from domestic and foreign enterprises, organizations, and individuals under applicable law.
