Nghe An enterprises participated in the training course “Improving negotiation and bargaining capacity in labour relations”

DNHN - The training course was organ to supplement knowledge and skills for businesses on negotiation and dialogue in the workplace, promoting the building of harmonious relationships to improve productivand city, income, and promote business development.
The above training course was organized by VCCI Nghe An Branch in collaboration with the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council and the Netherlands Employers Cooperation Program (DECP) in Vinh City (Nghe An). Attending the training course were: Ms Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh – Chairwoman of Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs CounMs; Ms Mai Thi Dieu Huyen – Vice Chairwoman of Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council and Senior Lecturer of DECP CMs; Ms Dao Thi Kim Hoa – Deputy Director in charge of VCCI Nghe An BraMs; Ms Pham Nguyen Cuong - Former Deputy Director General of Gender Equality Department, Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, is a Senior Lecturer of DECP Club and students from businesses and organizations in Nghe An province.
At the course, Senior Lecturers Mai Thi Dieu Huyen and Pham Nguyen Cuong conveyed and provided much important content on Negotiation strategy - dialogue model; communication skills in negotiation and negotiation; negotiation skills: analysis of relationships between employers and business stakeholders and principles for a creative dialogue; negotiation process, negotiation according to the diagram (hourglass). At the same time, students also practice exercises and role-play situations on negotiation, dialogue and communication ski and cells, and dialogue in negotiation with specific content, close to the reality of the business.
In addition, this course also provides workers with the necessary knowledge about dialogue and negotiation in labour relations to enhance sustainable cooperation and harmonize the needs and benefits, improving working conditions between them and their employers.
Speaking at the opening of the training course, Ms Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council emphasized: The consistent policy of our Party and State is to perfect the legal systelabourlaborlabourlabor relations towards building and developing harmonious, stable and progreslabourlabor relations, awakening and promoting the advantages of Vietnlabourlabor resources to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the counLabourLabor relations have seen more and more positive changes, contributing to ensuring the rights and interests of employees, improving working conditions, improving the lives of workers, improving the investment environment ent, promoting promote production and business activities of enterprises. Therefore, for businesses, the training course will provide knowledge and skills in building and maintaining a harmonlabourlabor relationship at the workplace. Because this is one of the top priorities, especially in the current period of international economic integration. Harmonlabourlabor relations will help employees feel secure to work and stick with the enterprise for a long time, creating a friendly, close and developing environment.
