DNHN - In Ha Tinh province, there are nearly 500 enterprises operating in the field of processing and manufacturing (up 66% compared to 2015), accounting for nearly 63% of the number of industrial enterprises.
The processing-manufacturing industry plays a particularly important role in the economy, as the backbone and driving force for the growth of the entire industry. Determining the role of the processing - manufacturing industry, in recent years, the province has always focused on attracting businesses to invest in this field.
According to data from Ha Tinh Department of Industry and Trade, the province currently has nearly 500 enterprises operating in the field of processing and manufacturing (an increase of 66% compared to 2015), accounting for nearly 63% of the number of industrial enterprises.

In which, many large-scale enterprises with high industrial production value such as: Hung Nghiep Formosa Ha Tinh Iron and Steel Company Limited, Haivina Hong Linh Co., Ltd., Vinatex Hong Linh Joint Stock Company, Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Sai Gon - Ha Tinh Brewery, Nam Ha Tinh Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company...
Ha Tinh Department of Industry and Trade assessed that the development trend of the processing and manufacturing sector in the whole industry has changed dramatically. The proportion of added value of the processing - manufacturing industry is increasing. Processed and manufactured products are diversified and have been present in many countries around the world. The capacity of processing and manufacturing enterprises in the province is constantly improving.
In order for the processing and manufacturing sector to continue to develop in the coming time, the industry and trade sector identifies tasks to focus on such as: attracting investment in manufacturing industries with advanced production equipment and tools, modern products associated with Formosa's steel production and deep processing; continue to develop and complete synchronously the infrastructure of industrial zones and clusters, in which priority is given to socializing resources, creating a land fund to attract investment in the field of processing and manufacturing; capacity building for units operating in the industrial sector…
