DNHN - Following nearly two years of hibernation due to Covid, international flight routes have been reconnected following the removal of a series of procedures and flight conditions. International Financial & Communication Investment Joint Stock Company (MIF) - a subsidiary of Sao Mai Group - has urgently brought numerous TTS to Japan to work.
The company recently organized a ceremony to welcome 157 interns to Japan to work following MIF's obligations to several labour recruitment unions in the country of cherry blossoms.
To be considered for recruitment, interns must complete courses in the Japanese language, native communication culture, sense of discipline, and, most importantly, work style at MIF's Human Resource Training Center.
MIF Company has brought interns to Japan seven times to work with around 300 people. Interns were highly comfortable, excited, and confident before leaving Vietnam to integrate into a completely new environment. They were prepared for the goal and determined to work hard in preparation for the future voyage.
Mr Le Quoc Truong - General Director of MIF Company, stated, "Each trainee works for three years in the following professions: healthcare, mechanics, garment manufacturing, and agricultural, earning an average of 35 to 40 million VND each month. Following completion, you will have the option of extending your working hours or returning to your home country to start a business using your knowledge, skills, qualifications, and money gained through labour export, where MIF is the most advantageous method”.
Committed to promoting and protecting the utmost benefits possible for employees working in Japan, MIF Company has signed the "Sending and receiving technical interns" agreement with more than 20 famous trade unions located throughout the country. According to the Agreements' terms, once the MIF Company sends trainees to Japan, the Union will receive and arrange for interns' housing, meals, and professional training. Additionally, the Union will fund the children's living expenses during their study time at the level of an ordinary Japanese citizen.
MIF intends to train and place around 300 trainees in the Japanese labour market by the end of 2022. In particular, once the Covid-19 epidemic situation has been stabilized, MIF has stepped up its efforts to send workers abroad to study and work with solutions that strengthen coordination with Party committees and local governments, and do an excellent job of backing up...maintaining propaganda, consulting, and recruitment activities to meet demand pro-actively when markets reopen. Thus, contracts influence employees' perceptions and thinking tabs, greater wages, and, most importantly, complete protection when workers are at risk.
Mr Haruhito Onoda, President of the Asian Union of Welfare Exchange: "At the moment, Japan is confronting a severe human resource shortage in agriculture, among other sectors. Additionally, this is an excellent opportunity for young Vietnamese to benefit from working in Japan.
Mr. To Van Lung, the parent of a trainee, shared the following: "I am confident and courageous enough to allow my child to participate in the overseas work program for several reasons. First and foremost, MIF is a very responsible local enterprise with a strong commitment to students, low costs, and public transparency. When employees travel to Japan to work, the company maintains a team to monitor, care for, and assist them until the conclusion of the contract and their return home ".
Nguyen Tran Dinh Khoi, Class K22 student: "Working in Japan is the quickest option for me to advance in my profession. When I came to Japan, I was interested in and chose a career that would allow me to study and work simultaneously, one that would be ideal for a top agricultural country like Vietnam. With that level of income, I can sustain my family and continue to develop myself".
In addition to measures to strengthen the sending agency's function, MIF will continue to act as a conduit for training and supplying employees to Japan's high-income market. According to MIF, sending individuals abroad to work is not just a matter of adhering to the government's labour export program, creating jobs and raising temporary income, but also an opportunity for young people to collect modern living capital through access to a civilized working environment. This is an excellent environment for interns to build necessary skills and expertise.
