DNHN - Ong Tam Dao (Honeco) attended the 39th International Fruit and Vegetable Fair-MacFrut 2022 and the 1st Spices Expo, which took place from May 4 to 6, 2022 at Rimini International Fair Center, Italy, and selected high-quality products, fully qualified for export to the European market, with the desire to bring Vietnamese agricultural products to the world.
The Vietnamese Embassy in Italy, in partnership with the Agri-Food and Agricultural Product Export Business Community, will host the 39th Macfrut International Fruit Fair in Rimini, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, in 2022.
Vietnam and the Vietnam Fruit and Vegetable Association will arrange a trade promotion campaign to make it easier for Vietnamese regions and enterprises to find partners and sell to Italy and the EU. It is now time to broaden market research and generate opportunities for Vietnamese goods in the fields of fruits, vegetables, and spices.
The 39th Macfruit Fruit Fair in 2022 will be the second time Vietnamese enterprises directly offer traditional fruit goods to Italian businesses and individuals in the context of Italian customers in particular and Europe in general. In general, there is a growing interest in and preference for tropical fruits, particularly those that are healthy and have novel tastes.
The show also serves as a link for the local business community to learn about the newest technology in vegetable cultivation, processing, preservation, and packaging from Italian partners. importers, wholesalers, and significant supply chains in Italy and Europe, as well as fruit and agricultural machinery.
The Tam Dao Bee Joint Stock Company (Honeco) was founded in May 2002 on the foundation of long-standing heirloom beekeeping. It is located on an area of nearly 20,000 m2 with 3 factories built solidly, meeting the standards of food hygiene and safety.
Products are quality controlled according to FSSC international standards, combined with the application of advanced science and technology to elevate traditional products with modern technology and combine them luxuriously, by current trends, and notably give significant value to the product.

Honeco initially arrived at Europe's most significant playground during this exhibition, at the booth of Vietnamese goods. Honeco had the chance to showcase traditional goods such as Passion Fruit Honey, Kumquat Honey, Tacumin Honey, and more Vietnamese brands that drew the attention of tourists and merchants alike. Import and distribute from Europe and throughout the world.
Ms Pham Thuy Duong, a representative of Honeco, shared her experience at the 39th Macfruit Fruit Fair this time: "Honeco, in collaboration with the community of Vietnamese agricultural and food exporters (Agri-food Vietnam), has selected high-quality products, fully qualified to export to the European market, to attend this fair with the desire to bring Vietnamese agricultural products to the world."
