The People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province cancels the official dispatch No. 3226/UBND-TH dated October 29, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving the policy for FLC Group Joint Stock Company to plan the project (with an area of 986.5ha) and Official Dispatch No. 389/UBND-KT dated February 18, 2019 on supplementing the planning boundary of a new urban area, combining Suoi Cam lake resort with an area of 1,775 ha) in Tien Thanh and Tan Phu wards. Dong Xoai city.

The Chairman of the Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee entrusted Dong Xoai city the responsibility of directing relevant departments, divisions, and ward People's Committees to advertise and disseminate information to the local population. Regulations must be properly adhered to by relevant departments, branches, units, and locations.
According to the planning project, the new urban area, combined with Suoi Cam lake resort tourism, has a total planning area of about 1,775 hectares, located in the northwest of Dong Xoai city.
The urban area includes the following items: a commercial and service center, a fitness center, a villa area, adjacent houses, ethnic cultural villages, a public center, a resort hospital.
In addition, the urban area also has a complex of international convention centers, 5-star hotels and resorts combined with an 18-hole golf course, providing high-class accommodation and entertainment services.
Previously, in 2018 and 2019, the Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee approved a policy authorising FLC Group Joint Stock Company to survey, research, and plan a new urban area project that would combine Suoi Lake resort tourism Suoi Cam with an area of 1,775 ha in Tan Phu ward and Tien Thanh commune.
