Three occupations require employment growth: food service with 114,000 people, wholesale (excluding automobiles, motorcycles, motorbikes, and other motor vehicles) with 105,000 people, and manufacturing. The electrical equipment of 69,700 individuals.
However, there will be a significant decline in demand for three occupations, including apparel manufacturing (by 123,000 people), agriculture and service activities (by 78,000 people), and retail (by 32,000 people).
With this information, Vietnam's labour market will continue to experience fluctuations and adjustments, with the fastest-growing occupations remaining the top recruitment targets while the number of occupations facing difficulties increases. To create employment opportunities for workers, obstacles must change and adapt to the situation.
