DNHN - The designer fashion company for ladies CChat Clothes (an active member of the Hanoi Trade Entrepreneurs Club) officially launched its first shop at 207 Quang Trung, Tuyen Quang city, at the end of July, marking the business's comeback after the pandemic.

Mr Nguyen Van Quan, CEO & Founder of women's fashion and design brand CChat, told a reporter from Enterprise and Integration Magazine, "Previously, we did business primarily on online sales platforms, I have tried any popular online sales channel or method, and fortunately received favour from customers through product live stream videos on social networks."
“We only have 5 physical shops after 5 years of operation, but we already have the market's number one Livestream model team, millions of dedicated consumers, and certain revenue successes. Even after two years of the epidemic, CChat's financial status has remained solid.”

“Many businesses were obliged to return to the premises with the economic recovery following Covid, the rent was less "hot," and many people wanted to begin achieving their business ambitions after a lengthy period of "frozen." With collected resources, I believe franchising provides a chance for us to expand our coverage, enhance our brand, and diversify distribution methods. We will continue to gain benefits from our online sales channels while also expanding our physical shop system; our product quality is high, and our design orientation is diversified and suitable. If the flavour is well appreciated, why not broaden the distribution channel to provide consumers with a more convenient, smart, and contemporary purchasing experience?"

When questioned why the branding and brand positioning was changed, Mr Quan said, "When the company size was tiny and spontaneous, we simply worried about business efficiency but couldn't concentrate on it." Methodically approach branding and business direction. Later, as we, the CChat founders, matured and had the chance to hire many talents, and professionals in consulting and development, we decided on the whole picture that we and CChat are striving for - in terms of vision, purpose, people, customers, and long-term positioning."
CChat is an abbreviation for "extremely cool," which does not refer to the physical look of young people, but rather to the inner aura and charisma flowing from the dress style."
CChat has been extending its repositioning target - as a contemporary office design fashion brand for women, leading the application in goods - with a new identity picture.
