The majority of the over 21 thousand businesses in Thanh Hoa province are small and medium-sized businesses. The majority of small and medium-sized businesses in the province of Thanh Hoa have only focused their resources on production and business, and do not have any resources to devote to the legal field. In recent years, the province of Thanh Hoa has focused on and devoted a substantial amount of resources to enhancing the effectiveness of legal support for businesses. Sectors and localities in the province have implemented numerous models and activities of legal support for businesses, including organising specialised training conferences, updating information, and disseminating new policies; establishing a consulting department to support business development, etc. Consequently, understanding the needs, goals, and legal issues of businesses and providing effective support for businesses to both comply with the law and be able to prevent and manage legal risks during operations.
