"Technology application trends for the automobile industry in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution" is the name of the workshop held at Southern Can Tho University.

DNHN - The purpose of the conference was to facilitate exchange and sharing among scientists, experts, managers, businesses, and individuals engaged in research and teaching related to automobiles and power equipment.
For students in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, particularly those in their final year, the workshop also improved knowledge and encouraged learning motivation because they had more significant, practical, and useful information to incorporate into their coursework. manufacturing, science, and technology related to the automotive sector.

There are three content sessions during the conference: an opening, a discussion report, and a discussion and closing in session three. Additionally, a memorandum of cooperation (MOU) between Nam Can Tho University and TotalEnergies Vietnam Company was signed by the organizing committee as part of the conference program. One of the initiatives to encourage collaboration with partners and companies is this one.

Over two hundred people attended the conference: Former officials in charge of the Ministry of Education and Training; department heads in Can Tho; businesses and firms operating in the automotive technology sector in Can Tho City, the Mekong Delta region, the Ho Chi Minh City region, and Vietnam; Leading academics, scientists, and authorities on automotive technology from universities and institutes, as well as organizations that offer instruction and conduct business in the automotive sector, comprise the reporters.
Presenters and experts at the conference covered a wide range of subjects, including Trends in the application of Industry 4.0 technological advancements in the automotive industry; and Providing cutting-edge training in the automotive technology sector to keep up with the rapid advancement of new technologies. Examples of this include using artificial intelligence and image processing technology on the latest generation of cars, as well as new technologies for engines, materials, fuels, exhaust gas treatment, and vehicle control. In particular, VEVE Co., Ltd. offered technology and lubricant products for electric vehicles; modeling the dynamics and powertrain of electric vehicles; and expert presentations from TotalEnergies Vietnam Company.

The conference seeks to link scientists, experts, managers, businesses, and those conducting research and teaching in the field of automobiles and equipment, according to Dr. Nguyen Van Quang, Principal of Southern Can Tho University. driven to discuss and exchange knowledge regarding the fields of electric vehicles, cutting-edge automotive technology, green technology, digital transformation in the automotive industry, and mechanical engineering... At the same time, it helps students at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering gain more knowledge and become more motivated to learn; this is especially true for final-year students who have more relevant and practical knowledge to incorporate into their studies and production.
