"Technology application trends for the automobile industry in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution" is the name of the workshop held at Southern Can Tho University.

Over two hundred people attended the conference: Former officials in charge of the Ministry of Education and Training; department heads in Can Tho; businesses and firms operating in the automotive technology sector in Can Tho City, the Mekong Delta region, the Ho Chi Minh City region, and Vietnam; Leading academics, scientists, and authorities on automotive technology from universities and institutes, as well as organizations that offer instruction and conduct business in the automotive sector, comprise the reporters.

Presenters and experts at the conference covered a wide range of subjects, including Trends in the application of Industry 4.0 technological advancements in the automotive industry; and Providing cutting-edge training in the automotive technology sector to keep up with the rapid advancement of new technologies. Examples of this include using artificial intelligence and image processing technology on the latest generation of cars, as well as new technologies for engines, materials, fuels, exhaust gas treatment, and vehicle control.
