The Prime Minister also directed the State Bank of Vietnam to monitor, control and restructure credit for the real estate sector to ensure proper use, and avoid risks to the market, with the art of soft, flexible, and effective management.
Directing and guiding credit institutions to continue lending to the real estate sector to ensure compliance with the law, lending to real estate projects with full legality; Prioritize lending to projects of commercial housing, social housing for low-income people, housing for workers that have been licensed and commenced construction to create supply for the market.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall coordinate with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice in researching, reviewing and amending current regulations of law related to the auction of land use rights (law on auction, legal law on land, law on tax administration) ensure consistency and suitability with the actual situation in the locality.
Inspect, examine and direct, guide and coordinate with localities to detect, prevent and strictly handle violations in land use right auction activities by the law.
