DNHN - The digitalization of office work has become a global trend in the age of digital transformation. Vinh Phuc Power Company, a subsidiary of Northern Electricity Corporation, has aggressively introduced and implemented the Digital Office system (D-Office). The marketing of the D-Office software program is aimed at achieving the Company's goal of complete digital transformation in all sectors.
D-Office is a program created by the Electricity Telecommunications and Information Technology Company (EVNICT) of the Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) to replace the previous E-Office system. The current D-Office system comes in three flavours: Web, Tablet, and Mobile. D-Office is developed on a new technical basis, in keeping with technology's development perspective.

D-Office incorporates all of the utilities found in E-Office, including incoming documents, outgoing documents, internal outgoing documents, work, document records, evaluation, grading, weekly calendar, integration integrated system of sending and receiving documents across units, and so on. This is the number of digital papers and records that are distributed, released, and preserved.
Vinh Phuc PC has assisted PC Vinh Phuc in meeting the following objectives by utilizing the tools of D-Office software: Applying new technologies to work processes and digitizing business; providing online and flexible office administrative services; increasing work efficiency and productivity, creating convenience for officials and employees, and the operation of leaders at all levels; and managing to build a full range of features to meet the needs of business processes; storing, processing, and exploiting data in a centralized and scientific model to minimize synthesis and processing time.
Vinh Phuc PC will continue to encourage communication among all Company workers about the potential of using digital transformation in professional work in the future to promote the use of the D-Office system.
The unit will also focus on finishing the installation of apps on the mobile platform for all employees as soon as possible so that the task may be completed.
The use of electronic offices at PC Vinh Phuc has steadily enhanced the degree of information technology application, maximized staff labour efficiency, and assisted the company in running smoothly and efficiently. defined objectives
