DNHN - BaF Vietnam Agriculture Joint Stock Company has just announced the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh from the position of Permanent Deputy General Director.
BaF Vietnam has just announced the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh from the position of Permanent Deputy General Director. However, the company has not revealed the specific rationale behind this decision.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh, born in 1971, has been appointed Permanent Deputy General Director of BaF Vietnam, effective 25 July 2022.
Previously, the company dismissed Mr. Phan Ngoc An from the position of Deputy General Director on 30 May and Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong from her position as a member of the Internal Audit Committee under the Board of Directors on 30 May. Mr. Bui Quang Huy resigned from the Board of Directors on July 25, citing his inability to continue serving due to personal reasons.

BaF Vietnam also approved Mr. Phan Ngoc An's dismissal from the Board of Directors at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Phan Ngoc An formerly served as chairman of BaF Vietnam's board of directors from 2 March 2021 to 30 June 2021 and owned up to 30 percent of the company's charter capital as of 30 June 2021. However, on March 15, 2022, BaF Vietnam removed Mr. Phan Ngoc An from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors and elected Mr.
After BaF shares were listed on the HoSE, Mr. Phan Ngoc An sold and reduced his holdings continuously. And as of the end of 2022, he will no longer own any BaF Vietnam shares.
Also according to information, on October 4, 2022, Mr. Le Xuan Tho, a member of BaF Vietnam Agriculture's board of directors, sold 2,075,400 shares to reduce his ownership stake from 2% to 0.555% of capital.
Ms. Bui Huong Giang, a member of the board of directors and general director of the company, sold 13,852,250 shares between October 5 and October 18, 2022, reducing her share of charter capital from 13.25% to 3.6%.
Looking at the list of major shareholders between June 30, 2021 and March 31, 2023, key figures such as General Director Bui Huong Giang, Mr. Phan Ngoc An, Mr. Le Xuan Tho, and Mr. Nguyen Handsome are no longer present.
