Quang An secondary school, located in Tay Ho District, Hanoi, was established in 1965 and has consistently focused on providing high-quality education to its students. During the donation ceremony, Chairman Kwon Jae-haeng, representing the Korean Multicultural Organization, along with other officials, met and spoke directly with the students and teachers of the school.
