DNHN - July 15, 2022, bank real estate loans in the Ha Tinh region totalled VND 12,050 billion, accounting for about 14.26 per cent of total outstanding loans in the area.
Following the lead of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), the State Bank of Ha Tinh province has asked financial institutions in the region to continue promoting capital sources for people and enterprises to engage in. Production - business chain; increase credit in priority sectors following government policy to help the economy's recovery and development after the negative effects of the COVID-19 epidemic.
Simultaneously, banks continue to tightly supervise credit in potentially dangerous sectors like investment, real estate trading, securities, and so on to generate long-term growth for credit operations.

As a result, as of July 15, 2022, bank real estate loans in the Ha Tinh region totalled VND 12,050 billion, accounting for about 14.26 per cent of total outstanding loans in the area.
Credit for real estate for personal use accounted for 95.5 per cent of total outstanding loans, with credit for commercial purposes accounting for the remaining 4.5 per cent.
The bank restricts loans; in Ha Tinh, the outstanding amount of real estate is just 14.26 per cent. According to financial experts, the restriction of real estate loans has a good side effect, since it contributes to more carefully monitoring the market's money supply. In reality, the "tightening" of real estate credit will influence borrowing capital's behaviour to acquire property for speculation, subdivision and sale of plots, and consolidation of agricultural land to buy and sell in the short and medium term. As a result, the real estate investment market will be more healthy and stable.
In the next months, the Ha Tinh financial system will continue to adopt and severely enforce several concerns to maintain operating safety. As a result, banks continued to constrain investment capital flows into the real estate industry.
