Hodeco signs MOU on development cooperation with Korean partners

On the afternoon of October 1st, in Vung Tau City, Vietnam, a signing ceremony for the MOU took place between Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (Hodeco) and five Korean partner companies. The signing ceremony was attended by Hodeco's leadership, Mr. Park Bong Kyu, Chairman of the Korea CEO Summit, along with representatives of the Korean businesses.
Specifically, the parties agreed to sign the MOU to cooperate in the development of Hodeco’s prospective projects and strengthen connections with international partners, promoting cultural and technological exchanges, as well as creating business opportunities in the Korean market in the future.
In this partnership, the Korea CEO Summit will serve as an advisor for business and project development activities led by Hodeco. Other companies such as Woo A Development, Korea Resources Development, Scale Technology, and Quynh Paris will act as a bridge between Hodeco and leading real estate investors in Korea, collaborating on investment in Hodeco’s projects, and providing urban development consultancy, area design, and architectural design services as requested by Hodeco.
