DNHN - The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development along with the Sub-Department of Quality Management of Agricultural, Forestry, and Fishery Products of Hoa Binh Province and Kim Boi Joint Stock Company held an export ceremony on March 15

This is the fourth batch of processed bamboo shoot products to be exported in 2023 by Kim Boi Joint Stock Company. Previously, in 2022, Kim Boi Joint Stock Company invested in processing technologies and techniques for bamboo shoots and vermicelli to meet high domestic and international demand. The company has 27 product codes that are consumed on the market, of which 8 are exported. To gain the confidence of foreign consumers regarding the quality of its products, the company continues to improve its techniques, product quality, and design and has now completed new products that meet customer needs. Since the beginning of the year, the company has shipped 85 tons of bamboo shoots in three containers to Singapore, Japan, and the Netherlands.
This shipment of processed rectangular Thai bamboo shoots in cans continues to be exported to the Dutch market in the quantity of 22 tons. Kim Boi Joint Stock Company purchases bamboo shoots, which are then immediately packaged and exported. Before being exported, products manufactured under a closed process have been preliminarily processed, processed, boiled, disinfected, and canned; Each can weigh 3 kg and is packed in a carton of 6 cans to ensure export-standard quality. The packaging of goods is conducted by the required specifications and types of goods, ensuring that EU food safety standards are met. It is anticipated that the product will arrive on the Dutch market in 36 days.
