The speaker placed significant emphasis on the criticality of inter-institutional connections and supportive policies in fostering exports and economic growth.

The positive trajectory of Vietnam's exports to Canada can be attributed to the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that has been established between the two nations. The bilateral export turnover experienced a substantial surge, surpassing 65% growth, from 3.9 billion USD in 2019 to 6.3 billion USD in 2022.
