DNHN - VARS TECH - a member of the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association (VARS) - has just organized the Conference "Digital Transformation - Enhancing VARS' Role in Developing a Transparent, Stable, and Lasting"

In the direction of information transparency in the real estate market.
Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS), stated at the Conference that, over the past two decades, brokers in Vietnam have played a crucial role in Vietnam's rapid development. Vietnam has a robust and sustainable real estate market.
As a socio-professional organization, a representative of the real estate brokerage force grew and developed for more than eight years. Despite not being clearly defined in the law, the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association has been working tirelessly to fulfill its role of connecting all entities operating in the real estate industry.
In addition, the Association plays a role in shaping the Real Estate Broker profession to become professional, cultured, ethical, reliable, etc. In addition to criticism, the Association also offers policy criticism. Protect, and communicate the thoughts and aspirations of real estate agents to state management agencies, and contribute to the market's overall growth.
Dr. Tran Xuan Luong, a real estate lecturer at the National Economics University, stated that in addition to several professional social organizations such as the Vietnam Food Association (VFA) and the Association of Vietnamese practicing auditors Nam (VACPA), VARS is one of the organizations with many results in the process of operating in the field of real estate, fulfilling its role as an "extension arm" of the State, experts, members, formulating legal policies, et cetera.

Prof. Dr. Tran Dinh Thien, a member of the Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Committee, opined that VARS is one of the few professional social organizations with an abundance of exciting and active activities that contribute to transparency through communication. information regarding the real estate market.
Mr. Thien stated that, compared to the previous decade, the brokerage profession has improved and become much more professional, in no small part due to the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association's efforts over the past eight years.
However, the expert stated that despite VARS' numerous efforts, the outcomes did not meet expectations. Because the proportion of VARS members relative to the community of exchanges and real estate brokers in Vietnam is still low, there are still grey areas in the Vietnamese real estate brokerage industry. Consequently, it is crucial to enhance the quantity and quality of the brokerage profession and the Vietnam Association of Realtors in particular.
Real estate agents are primarily "hands-on" and operate less professionally.
As someone who has worked for many years and held a significant position at the National Assembly Economic Committee - the economic supervision agency of the National Assembly - and participated directly in the process of amending market-related laws, I am qualified to provide this testimony. Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, a former vice chairman of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly, stated that there are still deficiencies in the operation of real estate trading floors and brokers. effectively managed. In addition, there are still a significant number of unprofessional "horizontal" real estate agents on the market today.
"However, is this a real estate brokerage, and does the brokerage profession consist solely of introducing and selling real estate?" Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc has posed a query.

According to the former vice chairman of the National Assembly Economic Committee, VARS must define a real estate brokerage to contribute to the resolution of this issue. What standards must a real estate broker meet, and how well-trained are they professionally? To achieve this, VARS must enhance its role in advising and critiquing policies and assisting state management agencies with the management and oversight of the real estate market.
In addition, the vice-chairman of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly stated that VARS should be created as an independent and objective professional social organization established by the law.
"VARS must propose to the Government and the National Assembly that the provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business be clarified about the professional social organization of brokers. This can be considered if our proposal is sincere, said Mr. Phuc.
According to Mr. Tran Van Binh, Vice President and General Secretary of VARS, the Association will focus on eight primary objectives shortly. Specifically, the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association proposes promoting digitization and integrating new technology into the association's operations to achieve its objectives as quickly and efficiently as possible. After a lengthy "pregnancy" period, the Association has launched VARs Connect, an ecosystem of ALL-IN-ONE real estate technology applications. Mr. Nguyen Manh Khoi is the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management's Deputy Director. The Ministry of Construction reports that the real estate market is currently developing healthily and transparently. Therefore, VARS's implementation of digital transformation in the field of real estate brokerage is appropriate and in the right direction.
Pham Lam, chief executive officer of DKRA Group, also acknowledged that, with the implementation of the VARs Connect application ecosystem, VARS will connect thousands of real estate exchanges across the country, and that this unit safeguards the rights, benefits, and operational challenges of brokers and exchanges. Simultaneously, incrementally raise the value, reorient the activities of the real estate brokerage force in a more professional direction, and eliminate the prejudice about "land trigger" so that the negative connotations associated with the profession of real estate brokerage will soon disappear. For each Real Estate Broker to take pride in his profession and contribution to the growth of the real estate market.
