DNHN - Tran Kim Chung - Chairman of C.T Group, the "king" of many professions, "banyan tree, tree" in the field of real estate in the South.
Mr. Tran Kim Chung, originally from Binh Dinh, studied at Harvard University (USA), is currently the Chairman of C.T Group, one of the famous enterprises in the southern real estate market.
C.T Group's main business activities are spread across fields such as: real estate, retail, construction, financial investment. In which, real estate and retail are the two most important businesses.

Mr. Tran Kim Chung was born into a family where his parents were both state employees during the subsidy period. At the age of 14, he decided to link up with his uncle's ice cream factory to open a cake shop. When he first started, Mr. Chung did all the work, from making cakes to packing and selling (delivering to customers).
After 2 years of operation, the bakery was forced to close, because competitors "sprung up like mushrooms after the rain" but also applied modern technology to production... That was the first lesson in the field. start-up business in his marketplace.
In the years sitting on the university lecture chair, he has experienced many professions such as collaborating with friends to open restaurants and provide industrial meals, producing alcohol, exporting rice to Eastern Europe, distributing telephone distribution, land…
On June 29, 1992, Mr. Tran Kim Chung established Saigon Trading Company Limited. Start-up products such as: consumables, cosmetics, supplies. In 1993, the company changed its name to C&T Trading and Service Company Limited, which means "Challenge of the Twenty - first Century". At the same time, Mr. Chung established Him Lam Co., Ltd.
In 1998, he founded C&T International Joint Stock Company and many other companies. In 2000, he developed a chain of retail stores with high-end products distributed throughout the country.
In 2006, Mr. Tran Kim Chung decided to establish a multi-industry C.T Group - a comprehensive urban developer.
During the past 28 years, businessman Tran Kim Chung has directed C.T Group with six business activities to meet the needs of the Vietnamese market such as: real estate, retail, construction, finance, food and entertainment, etc. Ecotourism…
