DNHN - The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) has recently issued a paper to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province demanding further land-related documents to fulfil the province's land-management inspection.
From the beginning of 2014 to the end of 2021, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has written to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to report in writing and prepare documents related to the land plots of administrative and non-business agencies, the conversion of use purposes, and the transfer real estate for projects.

Specifically, the scope includes land areas that have auctioned use rights, auctioned projects using land, exchanged land for infrastructure in the area; slow implementation of projects, an extension of schedule, an extension of land use duration, and clearly stating the list of projects proposed to be withdrawn due to violations of the Land Law; the project to change the purpose of specialized land for wet rice cultivation to agricultural purposes; investment projects with the transfer of land use rights associated with the conversion of part or the whole of the project; organizations that are allocated or leased land from forestry farms.
In addition, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment requested that the People's Committee of Dong Nai province instruct the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities within the province to report and prepare relevant documents on the separation of land parcels with a plan. Roads are constructed by the legislation governing the minimum lot size in Dong Nai province.
Recently, the issue of land infringement in the province of Dong Nai is quite complex. In the Trang Bom area, for instance, inspections between 2018 and 2020 uncovered more than 100 instances of inappropriate usage compared to the planning and land use rights certificates.
