DNHN - Positive energy, personable yet still respectful are my initial thoughts of Than Duc Hoa, a senior business coach and marketing speaker. The more you speak with him, the more you notice an attraction to the other person, not only because of his expertise, but also because of his confident and attractive manner of communicating signals via each gesture and syllable.
Take advantage of meeting Marketing Speaker Than Duc Hoa during his lunch break so that he can share marketing knowledge with students who are small and medium-sized business (SME) owners or bosses in the beauty sector in the early afternoon. items, cosmetics, and e-commerce sites – a program supported by MBR Holding and JV Enterprises.
My initial impressions of this speaker are that he is brimming with great energy, friendly yet still courteous, but the more I converse with him, the more I notice in him a unique spirit that draws the opposite person.
Reporter: You are well-known as an entrepreneur, speaker, and author, and throughout the course of your decades of teaching and training, you have taught and trained thousands of pupils, including young entrepreneurs and business owners. Those with experience in the market continue to refer to you as "teacher." What are your thoughts on this?

Speaker Than Duc Hoa (laughs): When I graduated from high school and was studying for the university entrance exam, my family constantly encouraged me to study pedagogy and eventually work as a teacher. However, "I" chose not to follow, studied the pedagogical side for a month, then received a note from the University of Commerce and immediately changed my mind.
I did not major in Finance and Accounting when I graduated from university, but I did major in "ISO 9001:2000 - standard for quality management systems." After a year as a government employee, I transferred to a joint venture company to do "sales"...
After many positions in the enterprise, "destiny" leads to a predestined and predestined relationship with the profession of "teacher" but as business training, business administration lecturer.
If some students often talk to me about the mission, I think it's a charm, and I'm "very happy" when I can exchange, share and give value to business owners. young, business people or students, young people.

Reporter: You carry out the mission of training mid-level and senior personnel, especially you always tend to pay more attention to young businesses, so what are your goals in the near future?
Speaker Than Duc Hoa: My goal is to be able to assist 500 small and medium-sized enterprises simultaneously. Several of them grew into multimillion-dollar businesses. Several of them have a presence in the region and have established brands in certain growing and developing markets.
Reporter: What are your thoughts on Vietnamese youth's skills during the integration period? What do they need to do in order to succeed? What abilities are required?
Speaker Than Duc Hoa: The three most necessary skills for young people today are: (1) Developing thinking ability - thinking deeply. Social networks and games have "lost" this ability in many young people. They only believe in thinking for the first time and run after it, but rarely sit and think carefully, thoroughly, and multi-dimensionally before making a decision. One of the habits of "surfing social networks" instead of reading books is one that can be very noticeable in today's young people. The other two important life skills are (2) Developing the ability to communicate with others and (3) Developing self-control.
Reporter: What is your secret to being happy?
Speaker Than Duc Hoa: I have failed in marriage and what I can realize and learn is: "It is not necessary to be successful to be happy". Many people are very successful materially but their spiritual life is not very happy.
What I learned from my Master: “Work with a cheerful spirit, live for others, and feel the "taste" of those around you. True happiness comes from within. So please balance, spend time with family, relatives, friends ... besides time for work. Dialogue with each other with your heart, share with your heart, you will begin to feel the taste of happiness, sometimes very simple that we forget in life”.
Reporter: Do you believe that happiness at a young age is necessary for success to be associated with it?
Speaker Than Duc Hoa: If you try at all costs to succeed, you will not be happy. But a happy heart is easy to succeed. In the subject of mind education, the spirit is divided into 5 levels. The highest level is the ultimate spirit - the "spirit of happiness & success"./.
