DNHN - “In 2024, the Association hopes and will actively promote greater unity among its member units, creating a stronger force,” emphasised Dr To Hoai Nam, Vice Permanent Chairman and General Secretary of the VINASME.
On the morning of February 15, 2024 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year), the leadership of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME) held a New Year meeting with member units and staff of the Association.
Recalling the highlights of 2023, Dr To Hoai Nam, Vice Permanent Chairman and General Secretary of VINASME, assessed: Despite many difficulties last year, we overcame them all. The Association has accomplished a great deal - successfully organising the National Congress, which has left a ”resounding echo” with our partners.
The Association has submitted comments on over 200 legal documents, the most of any ministry or sector. Member units have ensured an improved quality of life for their staff, which is a significant effort. Through the work of the Association, many young people have matured. For example, the traceability website of the Hanoi People’s Committee is managed by a VINASME member, which is a project of great scientific value and a source of great pride.
Speaking about the Business and Integration Magazine, the VINASME leadership expressed their pride that during difficult times, the Association’s mouthpiece has continued to publish high-quality content. They also expressed their hope that the magazine will continue to grow and reach all 28 member units of the Association.
“2023 has shown that those who innovate and create will make breakthroughs. In 2024, the Association hopes and will actively promote greater unity among its member units, creating a stronger force. Any member with an action plan should feel free to submit it to the Association’s leadership, and together we will "fight" to achieve success,” emphasised Dr To Hoai Nam.
Speaking at the meeting, a representative of the Women Entrepreneurs’ Association under VINASME said: “I am truly honoured and proud to be a member of the Association. Despite many difficulties in the past, we have always been united and close. I hope that in the coming year, VINASME will take more actions to support businesses in general and the Women Entrepreneurs’ Association in particular.”
Immediately afterwards, the VINASME leadership, led by Dr To Hoai Nam, visited and extended New Year greetings to the staff, journalists, reporters, and editors of Business and Integration Magazine, and guided their tasks for 2024. Dr To Hoai Nam expressed his hope that the magazine will continue to grow stronger in 2024 and that the Association will always “stand shoulder to shoulder” with the magazine. Staff within the unit must accept differences to move forward together, overcome difficulties, and maintain their identity in all circumstances.
