The opening ceremony of the Ca Mau Shrimp Festival and the 2023 Mekong Delta OCOP Forum will take place on December 13, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. in the Central Square of Ca Mau province with form stage cultural programmes bearing the mark and characteristics of the land and people of Ca Mau to bring beautiful images and memories in the hearts of domestic and international visitors, tourists, and friends about a beautiful land and its people. During the Shrimp Festival, the OCOP Ca Mau product brand is filled with emotions and impressions through the promotion of shrimp industry brands, OCOP products, and the Ca Mau Shrimp brand in particular.

Exposition and trade of the prawn industry and OCOP products with 400 participating booths from December 13 to December 16, 2023, in the form of exhibition booths - cuisine, trade, equipment, lines, and processes. Process and technology for shrimp processing; industrial shrimp processing products; food and environmental treatment products used in aquaculture; high-tech, organic, ecological shrimp farming model; aquaculture equipment; high-tech, disease-free seed production. Fresh speciality and seafood stalls serving the central kitchen (Quang Dien); exhibition and trade space for OCOP products (typical OCOP products of Northern region, Mekong Delta, and Ca Mau province locales).

Rapidly with content that integrates cultural performance activities with awarding prizes for competitions and recognising organisations and individuals who have contributed to the province's shrimp industry, such as good shrimp farmers and seafood processors, inventing technological models in shrimp farming, and... serving the Ca Mau shrimp industry.
