Before April 20, 2023, the Department of Planning and Investment must, based on current legal provisions, either settle within its authority or report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee.
Previously, Thanh Le Co., Ltd. sent a document to the People's Committee of Lam Dong province requesting guidelines and direction regarding the preparation of a dossier for an investment proposal to construct The Mira project at 7 Yersin.
The proposed project encompasses a total area of 4,030 square meters and includes a hotel, high-end serviced apartments, commercial center blocks, rental office space, and public services.
Specifically, the project will construct a helipad for tourism, medical, and rescue purposes.
