Quang Ngai invests around 6,000 hectares of land in the development of commercial housing and urban regions

DNHN - The Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee has just signed a Decision authorizing the housing development program in Quang Ngai province to 2030, with a vision of 2050, according the Quang Ngai People's Committee. The whole land area is projected to be used to carry out house construction projects. Commercial urban zones in Quang Ngai will cover approximately 6,163ha between 2021 and 2030.
According to the estimated land area for commercial housing development projects, the urban area in Quang Ngai between 2021 and 2030 would be around 6,163ha, with more than 778ha dedicated to commercial housing development. Commercial, urban areas, and projects in the province's plan on modifying and supplementing many components of housing development in the 2021-2025 period in the province will move to over 3,644 hectares to continue executing will be moved to over 3,644 hectares.

Quang Ngai will allocate 2,157ha to investors to build commercial houses and urban areas and 39.81ha to implement investment social housing construction investment in the period 2021-2030; the area of residential land allocated to implement projects on allocating the resettlement land fund of Quang Ngai in the period 2021-2030 is 255ha; investment in the construction of official residences is approximately 1.63ha.
According to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province, the goal is to develop a sustainable and transparent housing real estate market under the State's regulation and supervision, following land use planning, strategies, programs, and housing development plans; and limit speculation and waste of land resources in housing development.

The plan is for Quang Ngai to create more than 7.6 million m2 of residential floors by 2025, boosting the province's total floor space to more than 40 million m2. Develop more than 9.7 million m2 of new dwelling floor space by 2030, raising the province's total floor area to more than 49.8 million m2.
The total capital required to finish house development is anticipated to be more than VND 53,162 billion in the period 2021-2025, and about VND 67,308 billion in the period 2026-2030.
