Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh allocated 3.5 billion VND to finance the construction of appreciation houses and culture houses in two Nghe An communities

DNHN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh gave VND 3.5 billion during his working visit to Nghe An to fund the construction of appreciation houses and culture houses in the districts of Nghia Dan and Anh Son.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh specifically awarded Nghia Dan district 2.5 billion VND, of which 1.5 billion VND funded the development of cultural houses for 30 communes and 1 billion VND supported the construction of 20 residences. Simultaneously, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh gave 1 billion VND to build appreciation houses for policy families in Anh Son district.

During the tour and working session in Nghe An, the Prime Minister and the group came to give flowers and incense at the Kim Lien Special National Historic Site in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh (Nam Dan district).
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation delivered incense and fresh flowers to President Ho Chi Minh's heroic spirit, expressing their profound thanks and heartfelt respect to Uncle Ho - the great leader of the Party and People of Vietnam, Hero of National Liberation, World Cultural Celebrity.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his delegation committed to consistently studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's lofty doctrine, morals, and style, to strive to strengthen the nation and the country even more. During Uncle Ho's lifetime, he wished to be successful, wealthy, and powerful.

The Prime Minister and the delegation returned to offer flowers and incense at the Truong Bon National Historic Site (Do Luong District) to commemorate the 1,240 officers and soldiers who fought and died heroically on this land during the resistance war against the Americans for national salvation, in which 13 young volunteer soldiers from the 317th Youth Volunteer Company, 65th Division, the General Youth Volunteer Team fought against the Americans for national salvation.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his team came to present incense in remembrance of the troops on the afternoon of July 23. Visit policy families in Anh Son district and honour heroic martyrs in the Vietnam-Laos International Cemetery.

On the evening of July 23, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his delegation attended the art program "Eternal epic" commemorating the 75th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022); the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations (5 September 1962 - 5 September 2022); and the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam-Laos Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation (July 18, 1977 - July 18, 2022).
The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism developed the art program in Anh Son district in partnership with the People's Committee of Nghe An province.


The art program "Epic of Immortality" was created to honour heroic martyrs, wounded warriors, ill soldiers, and revolutionaries who sacrificed and committed themselves to the cause of national liberation, creating and safeguarding the Fatherland, and high international commitments.
The Vietnam National Music Song and Dance Theatre perform the art program. With their honest hearts and creative language, the artists and actors in the program will continue to kindle the fire of patriotic and heroic traditions in every Vietnamese, and propagate the concept of " When you eat a fruit, think of the man who planted the tree".
