The program had the participation of Mr Dao Ngoc Dung - Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Mr Nguyen Ba Hoan - Deputy Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Mr Nguyen The Manh - General Director of Vietnam Social Insurance, Mr Nguyen Van Than - Chairman of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME), Mr Hoang Quang Phong - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr Nguyen Dinh Khang - Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Commenting on the current context, Mr Nguyen Van Than said: "Vietnam and the world are entering the stage of economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic and it requires all countries to transform themselves differently. Right in the beginning of 2022, the National Assembly passed Resolution No. 43 on fiscal and monetary policies to support the program of socio-economic recovery and development, and The Government has issued Resolution No. 11 to implement this content, in which, we are especially interested in the package of policies to ensure social security and people's lives, especially the workers and the poor. , the weak and those heavily affected by the Covid-19 epidemic".
Since Resolution No. 68 and Resolution No. 116 of the Government were issued in 2021, the business community and employees respectfully acknowledge and highly appreciate the efforts of the Government in general and the Ministry of Labor. – Invalids and Social Affairs in particular in timely supporting businesses and workers to overcome difficulties, return to production and business activities and participate in supply chains.

The Association has arranged over 80 skills training seminars for business owners and employees in the last two years, as well as about 20 online trade promotion initiatives and hundreds of business networking events across the country.
In response to the Association's members' tough financial circumstances, the Association actively investigated and successfully implemented a flexible salary payment plan. And, thus far, the Association has directly aided more than 80,000 people, to assist by 2022. The Ministry of Labour, Invalids, and Social Affairs, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the VCCI, and VINASME all share a common goal and determination: how to assist businesses and employees in living a better life, worrying less, and concentrating on the country's socio-economic development.
