The "Heroic Spirit of Lam River" Art Programme to welcome the New Year 2024 will take place from 9:15 pm to 12:00 am on December 31, 2023, at Ho Chi Minh Square Stage (Vinh City). The programme's highlight is a 15-minute artistic fireworks display to welcome the New Year 2024 combined with music at 00:00 on January 1, 2024. It is known that the accompanying unit and exclusive sponsor of this art programme is Sao Vang Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Corporation (Savabeco).

The following is the content of the art programme "Heroic Spirit of Lam River" in honour of the year 2024.

The opening act "Aspiration of Lam River" is performed using modern lighting technology, Laser, and Leddscreer Matrix combined with music and interactive dance by the dance troupe. Thereby, it demonstrates the strength, talent, and intelligence of the Nghe An people in preserving and promoting the cultural values of their homeland and country on the path of integration and development. The two-chapter art programme "Heroic Spirit of Lam River" begins right after the ceremony.

Chapter 1 entitled "The Picture of Nghe An" is a performance by artists and actors of the Provincial Traditional Art Centre, art groups in Nghe An Province. Notably, the appearance of the U13 Song Lam Nghe An football team, the 2023 season champion, along with players Nguyen Trong Hoang, Phan Nhu Thuat, and Coach Nguyen Van Quyen will showcase a colourful cultural picture of 2023. This is the year that Nghe An organised cultural and artistic events on a grand scale, serving the province's and country's major political events well. Many artists were awarded the titles of Meritorious Artist and People's Artist. The culture of the Western Nghe An region has flourished. Nghe An's sports continue to achieve many high achievements in domestic and international arenas. Many street art groups have developed and are actively operating.
