DNHN - Nghe An province's disbursement of public investment capital had only reached 32.26% as of July 31, 2022, which was lower than the national average.
Because the province's public investment capital disbursement progress in 2022 is still behind schedule and lower than the national average, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has issued a document urging departments and agencies, as well as People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities.
Simultaneously, the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee requires Units to sign a commitment to the progress of implementation and disbursement for each project according to the form; take responsibility for the contents of the commitment, and report the results to the Department of Planning and Investment to summarize and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee every 10 days.

Furthermore, the Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee urged the directors of departments, departments, branches, chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, and directors of management boards to achieve 100% distribution of the 2022 plan. Project managers and investors report on: the status of each project under the public investment plan in 2022; obstacles and issues encountered throughout the implementation process, as well as precise strategies for dealing with each difficulty and problem...
The province needs the following reports for new construction projects and transitional projects with new bidding packages: The investment procedures are being implemented; the projected time for completing construction and installation bidding procedures, signing construction and installation contracts, and beginning construction; The payment is planned to be made till January 31, 2023.

Request that heads of agencies and units conduct a thorough examination of project progress, submit reports and pledge progress to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Planning and Investment) by August 15, 2022. The outcomes of the agencies' and units' progress pledges provide the foundation for analyzing, evaluating, and rating the collectives and individuals of agency and unit leaders in 2022, as well as making revisions to the plan.
