DNHN - Recently, GS. Ngo Bao Chau and the delegation of the Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics (VIASM) visited and worked with Hung Thinh Corporation at MerryLand Quy Nhon. Earlier on April 1, Hung Thinh signed a cooperation agreement to implement the program "Incubating talents in Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence" with Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.
VIASM's business trip to Quy Nhon is one of the activities aimed at promoting and developing mathematics and science research and education in Quy Nhon, in particular, and throughout the Central - Central Highlands region in general.
Accordingly, the two sides addressed the direction of science, technology, and education activities in Quy Nhon, as well as the importance of educating and cultivating the next generation with culture, knowledge, and aspirations. transforming Vietnam into a powerful nation.
According to GS. Ngo Bao Chau, Quy Nhon provides excellent conditions for the advancement of scientific research, particularly mathematics, mathematics applications, and fundamental scientific research in general. Along with Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam National University in Hanoi, Quy Nhon University is one of three strong math training and research centers in the country developed through the National Key Program in Mathematics. support to become a strong Mathematical center in the region between 2021 and 2030.
Additionally, it has been cultivating a scientific and technological research population here at the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education - ICISE, the Center for Scientific Discovery, and commercial R&D (research - development) institutes.
Following the establishment of the Institute for Advanced Study of Mathematics in Hanoi, the Professor's primary goal was to create a more advanced model of training and research institutions in order to foster a conducive atmosphere. Cooperation in implementing the program "Incubating talents in Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence"
The signing ceremony of cooperation to deploy the program "Incubating talents in Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence" between Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City and Hung Thinh Corporation took place on April 1, starting the journey of discovery and fostering young talents of Vietnam.
The program will be implemented for 5 years from 2022 to the end of 2026 with an estimated budget of 5 billion VND/year. The program aims to develop a community of learners with passion and talent in the field of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence in Vietnam; as well as supporting, fostering and training young talents in the fields of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence to become prestigious scientists in the region and the world.
Specifically, the initiative will focus on giving scholarships to students, graduate students, and graduate students, as well as supporting scientific research and instructional innovation projects throughout the course of five years. a group of young scientists and educators.
Additionally, the program promotes scientific publications, hosts or participates in national and international conferences and seminars, and nurtures exceptional and talented students. The program will also include events aimed at linking young talents and eminent scientists in the fields of mathematics and artificial intelligence in Vietnam and throughout the world.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Hai Quan, Director of VNU-HCM, anticipates that the program will garner support from professors and the attention of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. The outcomes will gradually spread to the corporate community, encouraging them to stretch their arms and contribute to educational institutions, which will help the country's development goals take flight.

I wish the program fruitful researches and results, contributing to the scientific development of Vietnam and the journey of students, teachers and students.”
Launching the talent incubation program, Hung Thinh Corporation awarded 40 scholarships worth 20 million VND each to a team of excellent students in Mathematics and excellent students majoring in Mathematics - Information from Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Dinh province.
