DNHN - Hung Thinh Corporation announced the development of 150,000 social housing units, which would help to alleviate the "thirst" for homes for employees and low-income individuals.
Hung Thinh is not a new face in the affordable housing market. During its 20-year history, this company has emerged as one of the "rescuers" when it comes to producing cheap solutions that satisfy the expectations of clients and are compatible with the financial constraints of the majority of house purchasers. This company has sold approximately 30,000 real estate items to working-class customers, young individuals who have recently started a business, and those who wish to buy their first house...
Typically, the 8X apartment chain: 8X Dam Sen, 8X Thai An, 8X Plus (HCMC)... at a price of less than 1 billion VND and a payment policy that is regarded "extremely lenient," addressing the settlement issue for the 8X generation to live and work in Ho Chi Minh City. So far, all of these apartments have "lit up," producing a stable, roomy, and bustling residential community.
Mr Nguyen Dinh Trung, Chairman of Hung Thinh Group, said that the company sees affordable home building as a social obligation. For Hung Thinh, this has also been the experience of enterprises over the last 20 years, affiliated with affordable initiatives that have provided housing for tens of thousands of families.
According to Mr Trung, one of the most difficult issues in social housing is getting governmental agencies and enterprises to collaborate on complete solutions that create circumstances for individuals to find accommodation.
Mr Trung shared, "Most people in major cities desire to acquire a home where they can construct a life and stay for the rest of their lives. As a result, owning a home is a significant milestone, a goal, and even a fortune that must be saved for a lifetime. The government provides measures to help individuals buy homes, and banks have lending policies with low-interest rates. Building materials, design, construction, development, and other businesses in the supply chain collaborate to generate high-quality homes at reasonable rates. Furthermore, it is critical to have innovative and open processes in place to establish circumstances for the growth of goods sources. Our organization is overjoyed when the government and ministries, led by the Ministry of Construction, become engaged in addressing the issue of affordable housing for a significant number of people. Because providing a home for everyone brings us the most joy."

According to Hung Thinh Corporation, the enterprise has now accumulated land funds in Ho Chi Minh City and neighbouring provinces, while also promoting the strategy of cooperation to expand the land fund, build a source of goods to supply goods and services, social housing, and affordable housing right in Ho Chi Minh City's urban area.
The collaboration of firms in the real estate value chain, such as materials, design, construction, development, and so on, helps to optimize input costs, produce goods with assured quality, and set prices that are affordable to workers and low-income people. Legal processes and corporate policy recommendations are also being supported, to advocate for bold, synchronous, and realistic answers to the long-standing social-security issue in the real estate market.
The involvement of enterprises that have built a name for themselves with low-cost product lines is thought to be a favourable indicator that will help open up the supply of social housing in the Ho Chi Minh City region and southern provinces. The enterprise's experience, capacity, and ability to mobilize the entire real estate value chain..., combined with the support of policies and legal corridors, will contribute to the realization of the one million communal house project proposed by Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi at the Conference to Promote Social Housing Development on August 1st.
