Commencement of the Ha Tinh Festival for Agricultural Products and Oranges

DNHN - With over one hundred registered booths, this year's Ha Tinh Orange Festival drew considerable interest as it showcased an assortment of one-of-a-kind goods from regions including Thach Ha, Huong Son, Cam Xuyen, and Can Loc, among others.
The 6th Ha Tinh Orange and Agricultural Products Festival was organized by the Department of Industry and Trade on the evening of November 24. The event paid tribute to provincial-level rural industrial products that exemplify the year 2023.
Duong Tat Thang, Secretary of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee, Tran Nhat Tan, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh were in attendance.

As per the statement made by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, an expert from the Thach Ha District People's Committee's Department of Infrastructure Economics, this district participated actively by setting up ten booths to exhibit goods from eleven distinct establishments. Fish sauce, dried seafood, brown rice tea, rice, fresh mushrooms, rice vermicelli, sim wine, ram cake, bird's nest, and jellyfish are among the distinctive and varied items that are meticulously prepared and offered to patrons. A singular experience awaits visitors. A notable number of products have obtained certification from the OCOP and rural industries, attesting to their superior quality and value.
The festival features Co.opmart Ha Tinh supermarket, which showcases Vietnamese goods alongside traditional products to promote the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods." Concurrently, the Department of Information and Communications introduced products for digital transformation, which infused the event with innovation and diversity.
According to the Director of the Provincial Centre for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade), Mr. Truong Van Thuan, activities have been in progress since early November in anticipation of the orange festival. You are urged by units and municipalities to compile a list of booths and product categories, as well as select an event organizer to erect a booth. The dissemination of propaganda via social networks and the media has also been intensified.
Banners and signs have been adorning major thoroughfares since November 20, generating a spirit of anticipation for the forthcoming occasion. The booth was formally transferred to the localities this morning, prepared to receive visitors and tourists.
