DNHN - Accordingly, one of the main tasks is to continue promoting the Resolution of the XIII National Congress of the Party and the Resolution of the XVI Provincial Party Congress for the term 2020 - 2025.
The work of combating illegal fishing is also being given special attention. The province will strengthen the implementation and dissemination of regulations related to the illegal exploitation, trading, and transportation of seafood, including Directive No. 32-CT/TW from the Central Party Secretariat and Resolution No. 04/2024/NQ-HĐTP from the Supreme People's Court. Local party committees and authorities are required to enhance management of the destructive exploitation of aquatic resources, following Directive No. 17-CT/TU from the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Additionally, the province will focus on disseminating the results of the ninth session of the XIII Central Party Committee, the seventh session of the XV National Assembly, and the fourteenth session of the X Provincial People's Council. Content related to the implementation of Regulation No. 144-QĐ/TW from the Politburo concerning the revolutionary ethical standards of officials and party members will also be widely promoted, preparing well for the XIV National Congress.
Works by the late General Secretary Nguyễn Phú Trọng, such as “Building and Developing an Advanced Vietnamese Culture with Strong National Identity,” and the article “Determination to Build a Strong Party, a Wealthy, Democratic, Just, and Civilized Vietnam” by General Secretary and President Tô Lâm will also be widely disseminated, emphasizing the role of culture in the country's development.

Moreover, the province will enhance information about economic and social development results in the first nine months of the year, along with tasks and solutions for the last three months, linked to the National Target Program for New Rural Construction. The organization of communication and implementation of the thematic program “Ho Chi Minh's Culture on Learning, Working, and Labor” will continue according to the plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
In addition, efforts will be made to promote awareness of digital transformation, maritime islands, and foreign affairs activities to raise public awareness about important national issues in the current period.
