The signing ceremony for the credit contract to finance the project was organized by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and the Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC) — the project's investor — in Ho Chi Minh City on August 19, 2024.
Under the signed credit contract, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) will finance the Cap Saint Jacques Complex Project's phases 2 & 3, which include: the 5-star hotel block (block C3) and the tourist apartment and hotel block (block C4). Once completed, the project will provide the market with a premier hotel-resort complex in Vũng Tàu City, contributing to boosting local tourism.

DIC Chairman Nguyễn Hùng Cường shared: "DIC and BIDV have established a cooperative relationship since 1996. This collaboration with BIDV on this project will continue to elevate the relationship between the two parties to a new level."
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Lê Ngọc Lâm, General Director of BIDV, stated: "The signing of the credit contract to finance the Cap Saint Jacques Complex Project's phases 2 & 3 is a clear testament to the strong commitment to joint development between BIDV and DIC, contributing to the overall economic and social development of the country."
