The meeting of the Association's Standing Committee and the Management Council of the Enterprise Charity Fund of Bac Giang Province was led by Mr Bui Van Hanh, Chairman of the Provincial Business Association and Chairman of the Management Council of the Enterprise Charity Fund.

As a liaison and representative for the protection of the legitimate and legitimate interests of businesses, the Standing Board of the Bac Giang Business Association has prioritised the critical task of regularly grasping the situation and coordinating with the branches, which have proposed several solutions to the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to remove obstacles for businesses.
The Association has signed a programme to coordinate with provincial units, departments, and branches, to promptly provide legal documents and policies, particularly new policies for businesses, to assist businesses in stabilising their operations and expanding their production and business, to increase revenue, and to gradually raise the living standards of their employees.
The association advised the Provincial People's Committee to organise a successful conference to announce the results of the departmental, departmental, sectoral, and district-level competitiveness assessment (DDCI) in 2022. The Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and greatly valued the association's advice.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented the Provincial Business Association with a Certificate of Merit in 2022 for its outstanding achievements in improving the business investment environment and boosting the competitiveness index of Bac Giang province.

The Provincial Business Support and Consulting Centre remain adept at advising businesses on digital transformation, startup innovation, product communication, human resource training, etc. The centre has constructed www.phanmemddci.com, a software commercial website, and will continue to construct Websites for businesses to promote and introduce business products. Businesses are interested in and supportive of charitable activities. The provincial enterprise charity fund has mobilised members of the Association's Executive Committee, Business Associations of districts and cities, collective members, businesses, organisations, and individuals to contribute 38,113 Lunar New Year gifts. 2023, worth 22,960 billion VND for disadvantaged people in 10/10 districts and cities, contributing to the province's goal of caring for the disadvantaged and leaving no one behind. The Charity Fund has organised "Love"-themed activities, such as cooking 12 pots of porridge "Porridge - Friendship" and 5 pots of rice, and distributing 890 "Rice Set - Friendship" to patients and their families at the Provincial General Hospital and Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital. Donation of VND 80.5 million to help 16 needy students overcome obstacles. Aid for the construction of 12 new homes for the poor, valued at 500 million VND.
