Upgrade the VssID application to version 1.6.5

Accordingly, the VssID application's Personal Management function / Participation process now displays the participants' unpaid time of social insurance and unemployment insurance. Specifically, in this version, the VssID application displays: Total time not paid for social insurance and unemployment insurance; Details of time and units for which employees at the managing social insurance agency have not yet paid social insurance and unemployment insurance premiums.

VssID version 1.6.5 simultaneously notifies employees via the application when their employer has not paid social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, or occupational accident-occupational disease insurance for 30 days or longer.

On the tenth of each month, notifications are sent.
