My MobiFone is MobiFone's comprehensive online consumer service platform. My MobiFone permits simple login via a variety of methods, including OTP SMS, 3G/4G MobiFone, and Facebook/Google social network accounts. With My MobiFone, customers can manage their account balances intuitively, pay swiftly with their bank accounts, or sign up for Autopay to automatically recharge their accounts, pay monthly expenses for postpaid subscribers, and maintain open communication. Specifically, each customer can select and customise a flexible bundle based on their unique utilisation requirements.

My MobiFone enables the management of multiple phone numbers through a single application, which is safe and secure with fingerprint/face authentication when reviewing a bill or making an online payment… Customers can update their subscriber information, interact 24 hours a day with the aid of automated answering software, and can directly measure MobiFone network performance when evaluating network quality. My MobiFone enables eSIM changes directly within the application, which is a feature exclusive to the My MobiFone customer care app on the domestic telecommunications market for the international iPhone version with eSIM.

In addition, My MobiFone provides a platform to support business customers when it is possible to promote services based on each event, promotion programme, and direct impact on MobiFone network subscribers, as well as integrate services. This facilitates Vietnamese businesses' access to MobiFone's large subscriber database by providing numerous attractive incentives.

The programme "Earn Points - Receive Gifts with MobiFone for 30 Years" runs from April 3, 2023, to May 15, 2023, and offers numerous attractive rewards, including smartwatches, power banks, Bluetooth headsets, universal chargers and cables, thermos bottles, and hundreds of VinID gift cards.

Consequently, subscribers (TB) concurrently meet the following conditions: prepaid and postpaid TB operate in both directions on the network; The programme will be eligible for main account revenue (for prepaid subscribers) or incurred charges (after deducting Promotions, excluding average charges) for average postpaid subscribers in the last 3 months 75,000 VND (months n-1, n-2 and n-3, where n is the month of programme implementation).
